Pre pochopenie obsahu a\u00a0rozsahu pracovn\u00e9ho procesu tento mus\u00ed by\u0165 identifikovan\u00fd a\u00a0detailne pop\u00edsan\u00fd v\u00a0\u0161tandardnej forme (\u0161tandardn\u00e1 not\u00e1cia modelovania, napr. BPMN). Naviac, pridan\u00edm controllingov\u00fdch inform\u00e1ci\u00ed s\u00favisiacich s\u00a0aktu\u00e1lnym stavom procesu sa z\u00edskava finan\u010dn\u00fd poh\u013ead na proces (napr. Activity Based Costing). Takto pripraven\u00fd model je z\u00e1kladom pre rozhodnutie o\u00a0opodstatnenosti automatiz\u00e1cie pracovn\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatiz\u00e1cia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Predmetom tejto etapy je dod\u00e1vka IT rie\u0161enia automatizuj\u00faceho ur\u010dit\u00e9 kroky v\u00a0r\u00e1mci procesu a podporuj\u00fac v\u00fdkon biznis \u010dinnost\u00ed s\u00a0v\u00fdsledkom lep\u0161ej v\u00fdkonnosti procesu. Automatiz\u00e1cia obmedzen\u00e9ho po\u010dtu krokov procesu podporovan\u00e1 r\u00f4znymi Informa\u010dn\u00fdmi syst\u00e9mami je nahr\u00e1dzan\u00e1 automatiz\u00e1ciou procesu ako celku pomocou BPM syst\u00e9mov, zabezpe\u010duj\u00fac riadenie komunik\u00e1cie medzi syst\u00e9mami, integruj\u00fac tok procesu a\u00a0tok d\u00e1t a\u00a0distribuuj\u00fac aktivity medzi pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013esk\u00e9 role a\u00a0skupiny pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Riadenie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00fdm pr\u00edstupom je vn\u00edmanie v\u00fdkonu spolo\u010dnosti cez poh\u013ead na v\u00fdkon procesov. Z\u00a0tohto d\u00f4vodu je riadenie procesov n\u00e1strojom na riadenie celej spolo\u010dnosti. Optim\u00e1lnym pr\u00edstupom BPM nie je len \u201eformalizova\u0165\u201c v\u00fdkony spolo\u010dnosti, ale pomocou poh\u013eadu na v\u00fdkony jednotliv\u00fdch procesov pripravi\u0165 riadiaci r\u00e1mec na b\u00e1ze \u2013 \u201e\u010do nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 zmera\u0165, nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 ani riadi\u0165\u201c. Z\u00a0tohto poh\u013eadu sa riadenie spolo\u010dnosti transformuje na riadenie konkr\u00e9tnych pracovn\u00fdch procesov resp. ich skup\u00edn v\u00a0kontexte merania a\u00a0vyhodnocovania kvality a\u00a0efekt\u00edvnosti ich v\u00fdkonu (prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd monitoring, strategick\u00fd monitoring).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimaliz\u00e1cia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Optimaliz\u00e1cia procesov zah\u0155\u0148a periodick\u00fd zber a\u00a0anal\u00fdzu aktu\u00e1lnych \u00fadajov (napr. vo forme denn\u00fdch sn\u00edmok), ako aj strategick\u00fdch \u00fadajov a\u00a0ich korel\u00e1cie (napr. medzimesa\u010dn\u00e9 porovnanie v\u00fdkonov procesov za posledn\u00fdch 12 mesiacov) pre potreby zhodnotenia v\u00fdkonnosti procesu a\u00a0potenci\u00e1lneho n\u00e1vrhu zlep\u0161en\u00ed a\u00a0inov\u00e1ci\u00ed. Zlep\u0161enia a\u00a0inov\u00e1cie pracovn\u00fdch procesov s\u00fa reprezentovan\u00e9 vytv\u00e1ran\u00edm nov\u00fdch resp. eliminovan\u00edm nepotrebn\u00fdch aktiv\u00edt procesov, zmenami rozsahu a\u00a0obsahu samotn\u00fdch procesov, ako aj zmenami v\u00a0interakcii medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi procesmi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cie\u013e riadenia procesov \u2013 Efekt\u00edvny prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fd model<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Riadenie pracovn\u00fdch procesov v\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti nie je samo\u00fa\u010deln\u00e9. Chybn\u00e9 rozhodnutia pri tvorbe zadania vypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 z\u00a0neschopnosti biznisu spr\u00e1vne stanovi\u0165 jeho rozsah a\u00a0ur\u010di\u0165 priority pre nasledovn\u00fa automatiz\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n<p>Pri ur\u010dovan\u00ed prior\u00edt pre automatiz\u00e1ciu vybran\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed procesu je potrebn\u00e9 dba\u0165 najm\u00e4 na pridan\u00fa hodnotu automatiz\u00e1cie vzh\u013eadom na n\u00e1klady, ktor\u00e9 automatiz\u00e1cia so sebou prin\u00e1\u0161a (neautomatizova\u0165 v\u00fdnimky!).<\/p>\n<p>Riziko nespr\u00e1vneho zadania eliminuje mo\u017enos\u0165 simul\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje odsimulova\u0165 automatizovan\u00fd proces, odhali\u0165 \u00fazke miesta v\u00a0procese a \u00a0proces upravi\u0165. Hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom simul\u00e1cie je defin\u00edcia rozsahu automatiz\u00e1cie obchodn\u00e9ho procesu (defin\u00edcia zadania).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Riziko nepochopenia zadania<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pri klasickom pr\u00edstupe v\u00fdvoja informa\u010dn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov sa \u010dasto opakuje nasleduj\u00faci scen\u00e1r:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">biznis oddelenie definuje po\u017eiadavky izolovane od IT oddelenia<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">IT preberie po\u017eiadavky, pri\u010dom\u00a0modeluje, navrhuje a implementuje IT aplik\u00e1ciu izolovane od biznis oddelenia<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">IT oddelenie dod\u00e1 v\u00fdsledn\u00fd produkt na testovanie a\u00a0akcept\u00e1ciu biznis oddeleniu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Po otestovan\u00ed funk\u010dnosti IT aplik\u00e1cie v\u0161ak doch\u00e1dza k\u00a0situ\u00e1cii, kedy biznis pou\u017e\u00edvatelia kon\u0161tatuj\u00fa: \u201eo\u010dak\u00e1vali sme nie\u010do in\u00e9\u201c ako je dodan\u00e9.
